Booking Policy

By Booking an appointment at LUNA Skin + Brow you are agreeing to our booking and cancellation policy.

 

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations/No Shows Fee is 50% of your booking.

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, to relax, enjoy a beauty renewal drink and ensure you have filled out all relevant paper work.

 

We will pre send your forms via email or text message and can be filled our prior to your appointment day.

 

If you are late to your appointment, your time duration will be shortened, so we can ensure to run on time for our other clients.
